These terms apply when you use Priceino. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and to understand that Priceino is an information and comparison platform, not the seller of the listed products.
Price and product information
Priceino displays product, store, availability, and pricing information collected from listed sources and merchant feeds. We work to keep this information current, but prices, stock, shipping costs, taxes, discounts, and checkout terms can change at any time.
The final price is always the price shown by the merchant at checkout. Estimated local currency conversions are informational only and may differ from card issuer, payment provider, or merchant conversion rates.
Merchant checkout
Purchases happen on third-party merchant websites. Merchant terms, privacy policies, delivery rules, returns, warranties, taxes, duties, and payment processing apply to the purchase. Priceino is not responsible for merchant fulfilment or checkout decisions.
Accounts, favourites, and alerts
If you create an account, save favourites, or set price alerts, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for providing accurate contact information. Price alerts are best-effort notifications and are not a guarantee that a price will remain available.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the service, interfere with availability, or attempt unauthorised access.
- Do not submit unlawful, misleading, spam, or abusive content.
- Do not scrape, copy, or republish substantial parts of the service without permission.
- Do not use Priceino in a way that violates merchant, platform, or legal requirements.
Intellectual property
Priceino's interface, code, branding, and original content belong to Priceino or its licensors. Product names, store names, images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for comparison and identification.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use of Priceino after updates means you accept the revised terms.
